Rocky Ridge Town invites bids for preparation and installation of 2,400 feet of sidewalk and 1,040 feet of preparation and installation of curbs and gutters to meet federal requirements. The project is to be along the north side of Rocky Ridge Road. The work includes ground preparation, installation of sidewalks, curbs, and gutters, together with driveway approaches, cleanup, and turn key proposal and all should be included as part of the proposal. This project is funded in whole or in part by a grant through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons and small businesses. Local, minority and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected. Sealed bids will be received at the office of Rocky Ridge Town, 280 North Lark Ridge Road (HC 60 Box 217 for mailing), Rocky Ridge, Utah 84645 on or before April 19, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Rocky Ridge Town Council Meeting to commence at 7:30 p.m. on April 21, 2021 in the Town Council Chambers at 151 North Eastridge Road, Rocky Ridge Town. Bid Bond must accompany each bid to be considered.
