To discuss approval of Utility Easements in Phase “C”
and Future Lots within the Town of Rocky Ridge
Hearing to be Held at Rocky Ridge Town Meeting
Wednesday, November 21 @ 7:30 p.m. @ the MLA Building
The Rocky Ridge Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to solicit public comment for or against the final approval of the Town Budget for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. The Hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 13th at 7:30 pm at the MLA Building at 151 North Eastridge Road, Rocky Ridge. All members of the public are invited to participate.

The Rocky Ridge Planning and Zoning Commission and the Rocky Ridge Town Council will each hold a Public Hearing to solicit public comment for or against the request to rezone Lot C 24, 289 South Westridge Road, from Residential 1 to Residential 2. The Planning and Zoning Hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 7th at 6:30 p.m. at the MLA Building at 151 North Eastridge Road, Rocky Ridge. The Town Council Hearing will be held at 7 pm on the above mentioned date and place.
The Rocky Ridge Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to solicit public comment concerning the size, nature, and funding request to be submitted to the CIB for the purpose of covering the cost to put in road base on 300 South in Rocky Ridge. The Hearing will be held on Monday, April 24th at 7:30 pm at the MLA Building at 151 North Eastridge Road, Rocky Ridge.
Shaun Allred and Forrest Lewis have accepted the positions available on the Planning and Zoning Board.
We are currently in need of a new Animal Control Officer for the Town.
Duties would include –
– Responding to calls to come pick up a stray animal that citizens have already caught, and occasionally catching the animal
– Feeding and watering animals that have been picked up by the Town until the owners have paid the fines and collected their animal
– Preparing and presenting a budget to the Town Council for supplies and other needs for animal control efforts every year prior to the beginning of the fiscal year
– Managing the registering and tagging of new animals in our comunity
